Airbrush Artist Contract Information

Terms and Conditions for Airbrush Artist Services

  1. Compliance and Setup Requirements:

    • FDA Compliant Products: The airbrush artist agrees to use only FDA-compliant products.
    • Setup Requirements: The client agrees to provide a table and 2 chairs for the airbrush artist. The client will also provide parking for the airbrush artist.
    • Overtime Requests: If the airbrush artist is requested to work overtime, they will obtain a signed document from the client as proof of approval.
  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Less Than 30 Days Prior to Event: If canceled less than 30 days before the event, or if services are rendered impossible by the client or venue conditions, the total fee paid is non-refundable, and any agreed-upon fees are due in full.
    • 60 Days or More Prior to Event: If canceled 60 days or more before the event, the client is eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid for services. Special items purchased by the airbrush artist specifically for the event will not be refunded.
