It depends on the unit. Our castle bounce houses allow up to 200 lbs per person, but children of different ages and sizes should not bounce together. We suggest separate turns for adults and small kids. Call us if you want to know about a specific unit.
There is no single age limit. Each inflatable has posted rider rules and weight limits, and we group riders by size and age. Our Toddler Combo is a good fit for smaller kids.
Yes. Our trained crew delivers, sets up, anchors and picks up every rental. Someone needs to be on site to receive the delivery. See our delivery area for the towns we cover.
Inflatables can’t run safely in sustained winds above 15 to 20 mph or in thunderstorms. We watch the forecast and call you the morning of your party to decide together. If it’s unsafe, you can reschedule to any open date at no charge.
Every unit page lists the space needed. For example, our Large Castle needs about 23 x 25 ft. You need flat grass or a hard flat surface (no slopes) and a dedicated 115V, 20-amp outlet within reach. We can recommend a layout if you send us your space.
If you are taking measurements for a structure such as a building or fence, please provide the height of the structure here. If height does not apply to the wash, for instance for a gutter wash, leave this field empty. Please note if you enter a value here after taking measurements, you will need to take measurements again.
