Questions we get before booking
For a spring or summer Saturday, four to six weeks is comfortable. For a weekday or an off-season date, a week or two is usually fine. We do take same-day bookings when a unit is free, so it never hurts to call.
Yes. Delivery is priced by distance from our Locust Grove base and it is shown on your quote before you commit to anything, so you always see the full number up front.
We watch the forecast with you. We shut units down when winds pass 15 mph or a storm moves in, and we will talk through rescheduling rather than putting anyone at risk. Ask us about the weather policy when you call.
Yes, every time. Delivery, setup, anchoring, a safety walkthrough and pickup are all included. All you need to do is clear the space and leave a path wide enough for our crew to get through.
