Terms and Conditions for Balloon Artist Services
Compliance and Setup Requirements:
- FDA Compliant Products: The balloon artist agrees to use only FDA-compliant products.
- Setup Requirements: The client agrees to provide a table and 2 chairs for the balloon artist. The client will also provide parking for the balloon artist.
- Overtime Requests: If the balloon artist is requested to work overtime, they will obtain a signed document from the client as proof of approval.
Cancellation Policy:
- Less Than 30 Days Prior to Event: If canceled less than 30 days before the event, or if services are rendered impossible by the client or venue conditions, the total fee paid is non-refundable, and any agreed-upon fees are due in full.
