Terms and Conditions for DJ Services
Compliance and Setup Requirements:
- Equipment Compliance: The DJ agrees to use only professional-grade, compliant audio equipment.
- Setup Requirements: The client agrees to provide a suitable area for the DJ to set up and perform, including access to a power source. The client will also provide parking for the DJ.
- Overtime Requests: If the DJ is requested to work overtime, they will obtain a signed document from the client as proof of approval.

- DELIVERY: We deliver to Fredericksburg, VA and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).

- RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
- OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
