95 ft Radical Run Inflatable Obstacle Course Rental
The 95′ Radical Run is one of the largest dual-lane inflatable obstacle courses available for rent in Virginia, and it turns any open field into a head-to-head race course. Two racers start side by side, scramble through tunnels, squeeze past pop-up barriers, army-crawl under low bars, then hit a rock climbing wall and drop down a 16-foot slide to the finish. It runs continuously for hours with a steady line of kids, teens and adults, which is exactly why it’s the piece schools, churches and corporate event planners book first. Jump Around Event Rentals delivers, sets up and tears down across Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Woodbridge, Prince William County, Fairfax and the greater Richmond area.

What Makes the 95′ Radical Run Different From a Standard Obstacle Course
Most inflatable obstacle courses in the 30–60 foot range give you a quick 20-second run. At 95 feet with two full-length competitive lanes, the Radical Run is long enough to stay interesting for repeat runs, which keeps guests in line and engaged instead of drifting away after one turn. The dual-lane design also doubles your throughput — two people are running at all times, so a 200-guest event moves twice as fast as it would on a single-lane unit. The integrated climbing wall and slide finish gives the course a clear payoff moment, and it’s the shot that ends up on your event’s social media.
Â
Race-ready dual lanes — two identical lanes side by side so guests compete head-to-head, not just run a course. Progressive obstacle sequence — tunnels, pop-ups, squeeze walls and crawl sections that escalate in difficulty. Rock climb and 16′ slide finish — the competitive tiebreaker and the photo moment in one. Built for all ages — kids from about age 5 through adults can run it, which makes it a genuine all-day attraction rather than a kids-only unit.
Â
If 110 feet of clear length is more than your site can give you, the 65′ Radical Run Obstacle Course and Slide and the Extreme 80 foot Obstacle Course run the same format in a smaller footprint. If your space is wide rather than long, the 90 Foot U-Turn Obstacle and 130ft NINJA U-Turn with slide start and finish on the same side.
95′ Radical Run Different Obstacle Course Space, Power and Setup Requirements
Before you book, check your site against these numbers. Our delivery team can walk your space with you over the phone if you’re unsure.
RequirementÂ
- Inflatable dimensions
- Minimum clear space needed
- Power
- Surface
- Setup time
Specification
- 95′ L × 11′ W × 16′ H
- 110′ L × 22′ W × 25′ H
- 3 dedicated 20-amp circuits (three separate breakers, not three outlets on the same one)
- Grass preferred; asphalt, concrete and indoor gyms available with sandbag anchoring
- Approximately 45–60 minutes
Â
The 25-foot overhead clearance is the requirement most people miss — check for power lines, low tree limbs and gym ceiling beams before you finalize your layout. If your venue doesn’t have three separate circuits within 100 feet of the setup area, add a generator to your order. We rent both a 3500-watt generator and a quiet 3600-watt generator for noise-sensitive venues, and it’s a common add-on for park and field locations. Not sure whether your site can carry the load? Check your delivery area and give us a call — we’d rather sort it out now than on event morning.
How Much Does It Cost to Rent a 95 ft Obstacle Course?
The 95′ Radical Run rents for $999 for a 4-hour block, $1,098.90 for 5 hours and $1,198.80 for 6 hours. Delivery, professional setup, safety orientation for your event staff, teardown and full sanitizing between rentals are included within our standard service area. For a school field day running 400 students through in four hours, that works out to under $2.50 per participant — less than most single-attraction alternatives, and it’s the one thing every grade level can use.
Longer rentals, multi-day festival bookings and multi-unit packages are quoted individually. Schools, churches and municipalities that need a formal quote, W-9 or purchase order can request a custom quote instead of paying by card. Booking more than one piece? Browse the full inventory — package pricing gets better with every unit you add. And it’s always worth checking for current coupons before you finalize.
Best Events for a 95 ft Obstacle Course Rental
School field days and fun runs — the highest-throughput piece you can put on a field. Two lanes means shorter lines and more rotations per class period. We’ve written up why schools keep coming back to inflatables for field day and how to structure a school event around them.
Church festivals and fall carnivals — appeals to the full age range instead of just the under-8 crowd, so families stay longer. Pair it with a frame tent for your registration and food areas.
Corporate picnics and team building — bracket-style races between departments turn a passive company picnic into an event people talk about on Monday. Add an event manager if you want the whole day run for you.
Community days, block parties and HOA events — a 95-foot inflatable is visible from the street and pulls foot traffic on its own. Spring events book earliest.
Graduations, birthdays and teen parties — the size and competitive format work for the age group that has outgrown a standard bounce house. Planning around crowd size and start time matters more than most people expect.
Running a summer event? The Extreme 80 foot Water Obstacle Course is the same concept with water added.
Safety, Insurance and Setup Standards
Jump Around Event Rentals is SIOTO-certified (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization) at the Advanced level, and every unit in our fleet is fully insured and inspected before and after each rental. The Radical Run is anchored to manufacturer specification — stakes on grass, weighted ballast on hard surfaces — and our crew walks your designated event staff through the operating rules, occupancy limits and wind-speed shutdown thresholds during setup. We clean and sanitize every course between events. Safety is the part of this business we’re least willing to compromise on, and we monitor forecasts ahead of your date and will contact you proactively if wind or storms threaten your booking. For public and school events we strongly recommend adding a trained attendant to supervise the course.
Permits, Inspections and Venue Rules for Inflatable Rentals in Virginia
Inflatable obstacle courses are regulated as amusement devices in Virginia. Under the Virginia Amusement Device Regulations (13VAC5-31), administered by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development, commercial inflatables must be inspected by a certified amusement device inspector and carry a current Virginia Amusement Device Inspection Seal before being operated for the public. Enforcement runs through your local building inspection department, so requirements vary by jurisdiction.
Â
For a private backyard birthday this rarely affects you — we handle the equipment side. It matters when your event is on public property or open to the public. The City of Fredericksburg requires a permit and inspection for moon bounces, inflatable amusement devices and climbing walls at public events, and Prince William County publishes its own amusement device submission and inspection guidelines. School districts, parks departments and HOAs typically ask for a certificate of insurance naming the venue as additional insured, and many parks require a facility use permit filed weeks ahead.
Â
Practically: we supply the equipment documentation — current inspection status, SIOTO Advanced certification, and a COI listing your venue. You handle the venue-side permit, because only the permit holder can file it. Tell us your venue when you contact us and we’ll tell you what that jurisdiction usually wants. For operating practices during your event, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s Amusement Ride Safety Bulletin on inflatable devices is the reference our crew training and wind-shutdown thresholds are built around.

Frequently Asked Questions About Obstacle Course Rentals
How many people can go through a 95 ft obstacle course in an hour?
With two lanes running continuously and a run time of 45–60 seconds, expect roughly 100–140 participants per hour depending on age group and line management. More on planning for large crowds.
Â
What age range is the Radical Run appropriate for?
Roughly age 5 through adult — yes, adults can and should run it. Group by similar size and keep mixed adult-and-small-child races separate.
Do I need a generator?
Only if your site can’t supply three dedicated 20-amp circuits within about 100 feet of setup. Parks, open fields and most festival grounds do. We rent a 3500W and a quiet 3600W unit.
Can it be set up on asphalt or indoors?
Yes. On hard surfaces we anchor with weighted ballast instead of stakes. Indoors requires 25 feet of ceiling clearance, which most school gyms do not have — call us before assuming indoor will work.
Do I need a permit?
For public events, often yes — see Permits, Inspections and Venue Rules above.
What happens if it rains on my event date?
We monitor conditions ahead of your date and will contact you. Inflatables can’t operate safely in sustained winds above 15–20 mph or during lightning. Here’s how we recommend planning around weather.
How far in advance should I book?
Four to six weeks for spring and fall weekends. May field day season and October festival weekends book furthest out.
Is delivery and setup included?
Yes, within our standard service area. Delivery, setup, safety walkthrough, teardown and sanitizing included. Travel fees may apply at the outer edge of our range.
Do you provide an attendant?
Attendants are available as an add-on and strongly recommended for school and public events. For larger productions we also offer an event manager.

Complete Your Event
Pair the Radical Run with a generator if you’re setting up in a field, tables and chairs for the spectator area, a frame tent for shade and registration, and a 150-quart cooler to keep drinks cold through the afternoon. Turning it into a full production? Add an inflatable movie screen for the evening.
Planning something bigger? Our U-turn obstacle sets scale up through the 160 foot 5-piece, 190 foot 6-piece, 220 foot 7-piece, 255 foot 8-piece and 310 foot 10-piece configurations — all of which can start and finish on the same side when your space is wide but not long.
