Yes! Jump Around prides itself on having clean inflatables and party equipment.  We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. Every unit is cleaned with a commercial vinyl cleaner, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Jump Around serves a very large service area throughout Virginia. We depend on our customers in dozens of locations to check the hourly forecast in their location during their rental reservation time.  We recommend to check several weather apps when your party is within 72 hours.  Look for a chance of precipitation, 70% or more and high winds, over 15 mph. If you feel either is a concern please contact us 36 to 48 hours in advance or more of your rental reservation time to discuss your concerns.  Payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to any future rental within 6 months.  We will work with you to reschedule based on the availability of the items. Read your contract for more details.

Jump Around VA delivers, sets up, cleans and goes over safety and usage of each of our rentals. We also return to pick up the equipment. At this time we do not allow customer pick up.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of surface your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.  There is an additional cost for setting up on surfaces that require sandbags.

Please check with your local building department.  If you are having a public event you may need a permit.  Jump Around does charge additional cost for permitted events due to the extra time necessary to work with the county to make the event a safe success. 

Jump Around will need to use our own extension chords in most cases.  We come ready to set up with all equipment needed, including the extension chord and a blower.  We do need to set up within 50 foot of working external electrical outlet with a GFCI. In some cases on smaller bounce houses we can go up to 100ft away.  The longer we run the chord the more difficult it makes it for the blower to run.  We do provide generators for a additional rental cost if you are unable to set up within 50 to 100 feet of an electrical outlet.

That is hard to answer because….we jump around a bit.  We do not have a customer walk in location.  We deliver all of our rental items to central and northern Virginia.  For larger events we do travel further.  We do not have an indoor play place. We bring the fun to you!  We are located between Fredericksburg and Culpeper, Virginia but serve a 50 mile radius and further for larger events.

All rental item prices are listed on the items page.  click on the Inventory menu, then click on the category you would like and then you will see the rental prices for each item.  To see a complete price and check availability, add the item to the cart and submit your address. Taxes and any potential delivery fee is based on the delivery address. There is a damage waiver that will also be calculated in the shopping cart.  This covers you against any incidental or accidental damage to the equipment while you have it.  Contact us if you would like to remove it.

In your shopping cart you are asked to select a 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 hour window with a start time and an end time.  Those times are considered your reservation block, not your actual deliver and pick up times.  Once we have blocked out the time each customer needs on that route we will construct that day’s route around everyone’s reservation.  Your deliver and pick up will be outside of that block. Deliver could happen anytime earlier in the day or the day prior.  Pick up could happen any time later in the day or the next day.  The deliver schedule depends on the weather, direction the route takes, and all customers reservation times.  If you need a guaranteed deliver time, a longer reservation time, early or late reservation time or a multi day rental, let us know and we will price your order accordingly.
