No. In addition to inflatables, we provide tents, tables, chairs, concessions, generators, lighting, entertainers, and event staffing.

Yes. All inflatables are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected after each rental.
Yes. We carry liability insurance and workers compensation coverage.
Our trained crews handle all setup, anchoring, and teardown.
No. Inflatables may not be moved after setup for safety reasons.
Some attractions require attendants. Others may optionally include attendants based on event size or venue requirements.
Yes. Our team can help recommend equipment and layouts based on space and age groups.
Yes. Schools and churches are a large part of our business.

Safety always comes first, even if that means stopping use or removing equipment.
A 30 percent initial payment is required at booking.
No. All payments are non refundable under any circumstances. Transfers may be available if requirements are met.

Weather does not qualify for refunds. Some weather-affected rentals may be rescheduled with proper notice under the contract terms.
No. Tents and entertainers are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Deposits reserve equipment, crew, trucks, and inventory for your event.
Delivery occurs from 48 hours in advance up to a 2 to 3 hour window prior to the event based on route scheduling.
No. Delivery times are estimates and a courtesy.
Yes. You must be onsite to receive the equipment.
The crew may leave, and you will be charged for attempted delivery.
Yes. Waiting time is billed at 75 dollars every 15 minutes.
If the area is unsafe or inaccessible, setup will not occur and fees are forfeited.
Grass or hard, flat surfaces such as concrete or asphalt.
No. Sloped or uneven surfaces are not allowed.
Yes. The area must be free of debris, pet waste, rocks, sticks, and obstacles.
Do not mow within 36 hours of delivery.
Yes. All units are anchored by our staff and anchors must not be removed.
Each inflatable requires a dedicated 115V, 20 amp outlet.
