Winter Packages for Rent
Which Winter Package Is Right for You?
Birthday On Ice — from $3,713
Best for: winter birthdays at home, a clubhouse, or a rented hall.
Your party gets the rink all to itself, a castle bounce house, a popcorn, sno-cone or cotton candy machine from our concession rentals, plus tables and 40 chairs for cake and gifts. No driving 20 kids to an arena and no sharing the ice with strangers.
Indoor Family Skate Night — from $3,223
Best for: schools, PTAs, youth groups, and rec centers.
Turn a gym or fellowship hall into a skate night. The rink sets up indoors with no water and no ice to melt, and we add a bounce house, a treat machine, seating, and 100 ft of bistro lights. It’s a winter fundraiser or family night that families talk about all year. Planning more? See our ideas for school events with inflatables.
Corporate Winter Team Building — from $5,094
Best for: company holiday parties, employee appreciation, and client events.
A holiday party your team will actually show up for. You get the staffed rink, a heated 20×20 tent, an obstacle course or yard game for friendly competition, bistro lighting with music, seating, and an on-site event manager who handles the day so you don’t have to. We can send a written quote for your accounts team.
WinterFest Village Experience — from $6,120
Best for: HOA holiday parties, church Christmas festivals, school winter carnivals, and town events.
Our biggest winter festival rental. The rink, a heated tent with a tent heater, a combo bounce house, an obstacle course or game, a concession station, seating, lights, and music — a full winter village on your lot or lawn. Add a Christmas inflatable or other holiday rentals to finish the scene.

Why an Ice Rink Party at Your Place Is Worth It
- The ice is yours. No sharing with the public.
- Everyone skates. 30–40 skaters at a time on a 24 × 48 ft rink, and we bring 40–50 pairs of skates in kid and adult sizes.
- It's more than skating. Bounce house, treats, seating, lights — guests who don't skate still have a great time.
- We do the work. Our team delivers, sets up, runs the rink, and packs up. You host.

Winter Package Questions
No. It’s synthetic ice you skate on with real skates. It doesn’t melt, so it works indoors or outdoors, even on a 60° December day.
The rink is 24 × 48 ft, so plan for a flat area a little larger. Add space for the tent and bounce house on the bigger packages. We can also size the rink to fit your space.
About 30–40 skaters at a time. We bring 40–50 pairs of skates in kid and adult sizes.
The rink needs no power or water. Bounce houses, concession machines, and lights need outlets; if you don’t have them, generators are 50% off with any winter package.
You can reschedule at no extra cost with 24 hours’ notice.
As early as you can. December weekends are the first dates to fill, especially Saturdays in early and mid-December.
December Saturdays go first.
Check your date now and lock in your winter party before it’s gone.
