RENTAL AGREEMENT

Important Information

Thank you for choosing Jump Around Bounce House Rentals! We’re excited to be part of your event.

To ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience, please review the following information.

✅ What You Need to Know

• A responsible attendant (minimum age 16) must supervise equipment at all times
• Setup area must be clean, level, and free of debris, pet waste, and obstacles
• Equipment must remain in the original setup location
• No food, drinks, gum, face paint, silly string, or sharp objects on or near equipment
• Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and sharp items must be removed before use
• Users must be of similar size and follow posted capacity limits
• No flips, roughhousing, or climbing on netting

Delivery & Setup

• Our team will deliver, set up, and secure all equipment
• Customer must ensure the setup area is ready and accessible at the scheduled time

If setup conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or not ready, delivery may be refused without refund

Customer-caused delays may result in additional fees or reduced rental time

⚡ Power Requirements

• A dedicated power source must be within 50–75 feet of each unit
• Extension cords are provided
• Each unit requires its own dedicated circuit

If adequate power is not available, a generator is required

If a generator is required but not arranged in advance, additional fees will apply, including but not limited to return trip fees or on-site adjustments

Payments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A deposit is required to reserve your rental
• Remaining balance is due prior to or at delivery

Standard Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery window will receive a full raincheck or credit for future use

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery window may result in forfeiture of deposit due to scheduling, preparation, and reserved equipment

Weather Policy

Weather-related rescheduling requests may be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery window

If delivery is scheduled the day before the event, this 24-hour window applies to the delivery date, not the event date

Unsafe weather conditions include, but are not limited to:

• Winds exceeding 15 mph
• Lightning
• Heavy rain or severe weather conditions

Equipment must NOT be used in winds exceeding 15 mph or during unsafe weather conditions

If winds reach 15 mph or greater, or unsafe conditions arise, ALL users must immediately exit the equipment and operation must stop

Blowers must be turned off and equipment must remain unused until safe conditions return

Customer is solely responsible for monitoring weather conditions during the rental period

Failure to follow weather safety rules may result in injury or damage for which the customer assumes full responsibility

If unsafe weather is forecasted, Jump Around Bounce House Rentals will work with the customer to reschedule or issue a raincheck, subject to availability

Weather decisions are based on safety conditions and not forecast alone

Jump Around Bounce House Rentals reserves the right to delay, cancel, or stop use of equipment at any time if weather conditions are deemed unsafe

Once delivery has occurred or crews have been dispatched, the rental is considered in progress and is non-refundable

Damage & Equipment Responsibility

• Customer is responsible for all equipment from delivery to pickup
• Customer agrees to pay full repair or replacement cost for any damage beyond normal use

Prohibited Items & Activities

Strictly prohibited:

• Silly string (causes permanent damage)
• Food, drinks, gum
• Sharp objects
• Fire, heat sources, or smoking near equipment
• Animals on or near equipment

Violations may result in cleaning fees, damage charges, or immediate termination of rental without refund

⚖️ Assumption of Risk

Customer acknowledges that use of inflatable equipment involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

• Falls, collisions, slips
• Injury, illness, or death
• Equipment failure or misuse

Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with use.

Release, Indemnification & Hold Harmless

Customer agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jump Around Bounce House Rentals, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Use or misuse of equipment
• Injury to persons or property
• Failure to follow safety rules

Customer agrees to pay all attorney fees, court costs, and legal expenses associated with any claims or enforcement of this agreement

⚠️ Right to Terminate Rental

Jump Around Bounce House Rentals reserves the right to terminate the rental immediately, without refund, if safety rules are violated or equipment is misused

Credit Card Authorization

By providing a credit or debit card and completing this booking, the customer authorizes Jump Around Bounce House Rentals to charge the card on file for:

• Remaining balance due for the rental
• Any applicable delivery, setup, or additional service fees
• Cleaning fees resulting from prohibited items or excessive mess
• Repair or replacement costs for damaged, lost, or stolen equipment
• Fees resulting from failure to follow rental terms or safety rules
• Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees as outlined in this agreement

Customer agrees that all charges will be processed using the payment method provided at booking unless otherwise specified

Customer agrees not to dispute valid charges that comply with this agreement

Acknowledgment

By completing your booking, you confirm that:

• You have read and understand this agreement
• You agree to all terms and conditions
• You accept full responsibility for equipment and its use
