In addition to the terms below and the operation guidelines on each rented item, the Lessee (customer) agrees to supervise the operation of any rented item and further agrees that if the item is damaged that he/she will reimburse Jump Around for the full price to fix the damage and/or the total replacement value of the rented item. Before signing this contract, Lessee agrees that he/she has read the entire contract, has agreed to all terms and conditions herein, and has had all questions he/she may have answered to the Lessee’s satisfaction and understanding.
Payments, Refunds & Rescheduling: A 30% Initial payment is required to reserve your date and time. All other payments must be made in full one day before delivery. There will be no refunds made under any circumstances.  Payments are non-refundable but transferrable to any future event within 6 months. Payments may only be transferred one time to a future date.  To be eligible for transfer, we must be notified 10 days before the original date of the reservation.  We will allow weather-affected rentals to be rescheduled with a 36 to 48-hour notice before the original reservation start time to a future date within 6 months. If Cancelations are made less than 36 hours before the event date start time a 30% rescheduling fee will be applied to the order. Keep in mind this allows our staff to have guaranteed pay and is the only way we can maintain a great team to serve in the event industry. Entertainers and Tents cannot be canceled due to weather. Those payments are due in full and deposits are not refundable
This policy excludes artist/entertainers which are non-refundable rain or shine and see their policy above if you have contracted one of our entertainers or artist.
Operations: lessee agrees to provide one electrical outlet rated at 115 volts with 20 amperes capacity per motor unit within 50-75 feet of each unit. Keep in mind some units need multiple outlets on separate breakers, in this case we recommend a generator.
Delivery: Lessee grants Jump Around and its employees/contractors the right to enter said property to deliver and return the rented equipment at any time. The delivery area must be reasonably accessible, clean, and free of debris, rocks, sticks, dog droppings, etc. We cannot enter through narrow gates or go up or down hills with equipment.  Thegrass should NOT be mowed within 36 hours of your reservation date to prevent wet clippings. If Jump Around personnel attempt to make delivery and the area is not readily accessible or fit for the equipment, the equipment will not be set up, and the rental fee will be forfeited. If we arrive at setup and the lessee is not ready or causes the setup team to wait, they will be charged $75 every 15 minutes. If the setup team cannot wait, they will leave to continue to their other stops. If they can return to set up, they will. Please be ready for delivery up to 60 minutes before your setup time and up to 60 to 90 minutes after, this is your 2 to 3 hour window. That is considered your delivery window. Delivery times are not guaranteed but are a courtesy to our customers. Your readiness is critical to the on-time delivery of all customers on that route.
Only electrical cords provided by Jump Around are to be used. If the blower stops or the air pressure is low, remove all users immediately and check on the problem. Air tubes in the rear of the unit should be tied securely to the blower or tied off to prevent air from escaping. The electrical cord should be plugged into an outlet and be the only thing operating on that electrical circuit. Circuit breakers should also be checked. The customer is subject to an additional charge of $100.00 for all service calls due to electricity. If an acceptable electrical outlet is not available, it is required to rent a generator at an additional cost from Jump Around.
Overnight Rentals:
Lessee understands and acknowledges that the blower must be removed from the Inflatable device and locked up in a secure location overnight.
Parks and Public Places: Parks and public places are charged an additional fee. If you did not select park at the time of your order, we will update the order when it comes to our attention and charge you the appropriate fee. The lessee understands and acknowledges that they will remain with all rental equipment the entire time. The lessee is not to leave the equipment at any time. The Lessee will be responsible for any damaged or stolen equipment. The Lessee understands that the setup team will leave if they are not onsight to receive the delivery. You will be charged the full amount for an attempted delivery with no guarantee that the team will be able to circle back in time for your event. If the setup team can wait, you will be charged an additional $75 every 15 minutes. You must be on site to receive your equipment up to 60 minutes before your setup time and up to 60 minutes after. Your reservation time is NOT your set-up and delivery time.

If you accept the damage waiver, however, we agree to waive our right to recover from you the amount of loss or damage to the rented items.
