Bounce House and Water Slide Rentals Delivered Across Fairfax County
We deliver across the whole county — Fairfax City, Annandale, Burke, Centreville, Chantilly, Clifton, Vienna, Oakton, Great Falls, McLean, Herndon, Reston, Tysons, Springfield, Lorton and Mount Vernon. Fairfax County is one of our busiest areas, so a drop-off here is a planned run on a regular route, not a long-distance add-on.

Birthdays, block parties & schools
Fairfax Party Rentals for Birthdays, Block Parties & School Events
From a backyard birthday in Burke to an HOA pool-closing party in Reston or a church festival in Annandale, the right inflatable turns an ordinary afternoon into the day kids talk about for weeks.
Birthdays and block parties: we match the unit to your space and the kids’ ages — princess and superhero bouncers for little ones, combos for older kids, and a water slide for hot summer dates.
Schools, churches and company picnics: obstacle courses and interactive games move big groups through quickly, and we can add tents, tables and chairs so it all arrives together. Send us the venue’s insurance requirements early — the paperwork, not the equipment, is what usually delays these bookings.
You choose the date and location; we handle delivery, setup and takedown anywhere in Fairfax County.
Party planning checklist
Planning a Fairfax Bounce House Party: Space, Power and Timing
Sort out these four things before your date and setup goes smoothly.
Measure your space
Most medium units need a level area about 20 × 20 ft with clear overhead space and a path for the crew to walk the inflatable in. Not sure? Send a photo of the spot and we’ll tell you what fits.
Check your power
Each blower needs a working outlet within about 100 ft for the whole rental. Almost no park has one, so park parties should add a generator.
Book early
June through August weekends are our busiest in Fairfax — book two to four weeks ahead for a summer Saturday, earlier for water slides. Weekday and off-season dates are easier. If your date is close, still ask; we often have a unit open.
Pick the right surface
Grass is best, but we can also set up on concrete, asphalt or indoors with the right anchoring. Tell us the surface when you book so the crew brings the right gear. If the weather turns, we’ll talk through your options.
Not sure what your event needs? Call or text (540) 755-0700 and we’ll build the right lineup with you.

Questions
Fairfax Bounce House Rental FAQs
How much does it cost to rent a bounce house in Fairfax, VA?
Medium castles start at $225, large castles at $268 and oversized units at $368.70. Delivery, setup, anchoring and pickup are included within our standard service area. Get your exact price on our online quote form.
Does the price include delivery and setup?
Yes. Our team handles delivery, setup, anchoring and pickup after your event. There’s no assembly or teardown on your end.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as early as you can, especially for spring and summer weekends and holidays. If your date is close, it’s still worth asking — you can check your date instantly or call or text (540) 755-0700.
What surface can a bounce house be set up on?
Grass is ideal. In most cases we can also set up on concrete, asphalt or indoors with the right anchoring. Tell us the surface when you book so the crew brings the correct equipment.
How much space does a bounce house need?
Most medium units need a level area about 20 by 20 feet with clear overhead space and a path for the crew to walk the inflatable in. Send a photo of your space and we’ll tell you what fits.
Can I set up a bounce house in a Fairfax County park?
Often, yes — but not every park allows inflatables. The Fairfax County Park Authority requires a moon bounce special use permit with your picnic reservation, with a non-refundable $25 fee per inflatable. Check your park’s reservable-area page for an “Inflatables” line before you book. Parks have no power and generators must be under 6,000 watts, so add a generator.
Are your bounce houses cleaned between rentals?
Yes. Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitized after each use and inspected before delivery, and our crew anchors each unit properly at setup.

Our service area
Fairfax County sits at the heart of our Northern Virginia route. The same crew covers Alexandria, Arlington, Loudoun County and Manassas, and our bounce house rentals cover Northern and Central Virginia.
Park parties
Renting a Bounce House at a Fairfax County Park
Fairfax County parks can work well for a party, but plan for three things first.
The $25 permit. The Fairfax County Park Authority requires special permission for a moon bounce at a reserved picnic area, with a non-refundable $25 fee per inflatable. Request it with your picnic reservation — online there’s a checkbox for the moon bounce special use permit. Staff confirm approval or denial, and you’re not charged if it’s denied.
Not every park allows inflatables. Open the reservable-area page for your park and look for an “Inflatables” line with a maximum number. If it isn’t there, pick a different site before you book us.
Power. County parks don’t supply power, and generators must be under 6,000 watts. Every unit we rent runs inside that limit — add a generator to your order when you reserve, not on the day.
Public events
Public Events in Fairfax County: Permits and Inspections
Hosting a school fair, church festival or community day open to the public? Fairfax County may require a permit and an inspection for the inflatables. In Virginia, inflatables for public use must be inspected every year, and within Fairfax County the local building department handles those inspections.
We carry the proper insurance and can provide serial numbers, manufacturer safety manuals and inspection details for your application. Private backyard parties don’t need any of this.
Games & big events
Interactive Games for School Carnivals and Company Picnics
For bigger crowds, mix a bounce house with interactive games like the Gladiator Joust and Wrecking Ball — kids and grown-ups can go head-to-head. Our event attractions can fill a whole afternoon at a school carnival, fundraiser or company event.
Tell us the age range and how much space you have, and we’ll help you plan the right setup.
Working out the right mix for your headcount? Our guide to the benefits of adding a jumpy house to a party covers the planning side, and the Virginia bounce house rental guide walks through booking timelines.
