Colour matters more than most people expect when the slide is going to be in every photo from the day. Measurements, Clearance and Power

The unit itself is 40′ long × 17′ wide × 18′ tall. Allow a clear working area of roughly 55′ × 25′ with 25′ of overhead clearance — and treat the overhead figure as the one that catches people out, since branches, gutters, awnings and utility lines are the most common reason we have to relocate a slide on arrival. One dedicated electrical circuit runs the blower, and a standard exterior outlet is fine for most residential and small-venue deliveries. Setting up in an open field or a pavilion with no reliable power? Add the 3500-watt generator to your booking. Delivery, anchoring, setup and takedown are all handled by our crew.

How We Prep and Anchor Every Unit

Each slide is cleaned and sanitised at our Fredericksburg warehouse before it goes out, and inspected for seam, netting and blower condition on the way onto the truck. On site, our crew anchors to manufacturer specification and walks whoever is supervising through safe operation before we leave. Jump Around VA holds an Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations certification, and we follow U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission guidance for inflatable amusement devices, including published wind limits. Commercial inflatables operated in Virginia also fall under the state’s amusement device regulations. If your event is on school, church or municipal property, ask us early  we can supply the certificate of insurance and documentation those venues usually require.

Supervision on an 18-Foot Slide

The one rule that matters most on a tall slide is one rider at a time, and it is the rule that slips first when a queue builds. If nobody at your event can commit to standing at the slide for the full rental window, add a trained event attendant — for school and public events we’d treat it as essential rather than optional.

We run two slides at this height and price, and the ride is genuinely the same. The difference is entirely visual. Pick the Big Green Marble for a natural, understated look that suits parks, churches, corporate events and anywhere photos matter. Pick the Big Caustic for a bright neon green and hazard-stripe finish built for teen parties, glow events and Halloween. Still deciding on size? Add a Second Slide for Bigger Events

Because both 18-footers live in our warehouse, festivals, field days and large fundraisers can book them together and run them as a side-by-side pair. Two lanes at the same height roughly halves your queue, and the contrast between the two finishes gives event photographers something to work with.
